i honestly love this album with my entire heart and soul and being like i feel like this might be their OVERALL best album and it has a special place in my heart (ok, almost every ptv album is very special to me... but shut up) i think every song on this album is a HIT like even though selfish machines is my lifeblood this album is genuinely amazing and i just hav so much to say about it so lets just go down the tracklist shall we
track 1; chemical kids and mechanical brides
this song bro. This song especially lately has been the very thing giving me life dude this song is the reason i wake up in the morning and it lulls me to bed at night and the music video i think is one of my favorites of ALL TIME and its definitely my favorite music video from ptv and especially this album THERES not rlly any competition but ill get into that later but the music video for chemkids is just so so beautiful man like i dont wanna go and analyze it because u can do that if u care bruh ik if ur reading my blog youre hyperintelligent and you know how to use google and reddit but vic just also looks amazing in that video and the cinematics of it oh my god im gonna start crying this song has genuinely made my eyes water many many times. i think every ptv fan loves this song and it definitely deserves all the love it gets i think it just sounds incredible ptv never ever fails 2 impress with their instrumentals and vics vocals leave me awestruck as always but this song is not only just objectively brilliant but i adore this song on a personal level which I will not b getting into on my public blog but ill pick out some of my favorite lyrics ok?

track 2: currents convulsive
THIS SONG IS A SMASH! but yk what its not my favorite. and look i think its a great song i love this song dont get me wrong i know all the lyrics and there r some parts of this song that sent me to heaven and back liike ive seen the light dude but when im comparing it 2 the rest of the album and god forbid the rest of ptvs discography man it just doesnt stand out 2 me. also i dont rlly dig the like circus wrangler moment or whatever the word is the magician part it breaks my immersion from the song BUT i love it still dont twist my words ok ! also im not a fan of the music video LIKE ITS GREAT IVE WATCHED IT SO SO MANY TIMES MORE THAN SOME OTHERS but............. its just a video of vic singing into the mic man and i love taht guys face yk it but i wish there was more. i feel like if i could trade that music video for a chance that a diffeernt song from this album would get a mv i would do it just cuz it was kinda lackluster especially compared to chemkids but heres some of my favorite lines from this song bec the lyrics r stellar as always thanks vic or mike or whoever wrote it guys sorry say poser

ANOTHER SONG EVERYONE LOVES auuhhh and yk what I am no exception i can sing every lyric to this song with my chest and i love the music video to this one too cuz its not vic just fFUCKINGSTANDING THERE sorry i lashed out and i love love this song so much ittt could be in my top 5 from this album wait i should rank the songs when im done w this someone remind me to do that BUT OK SO this song i love it a lot it doesnt have a REALY DEEP personal meaning but i do have a connection 2 this song like a lot of others by ptv but it just sounds so beautiful and i especially love the part at 2:43. that part i do feel connected 2 very very much. thats a thing with a lot of ptv songs where its like specific parts of the song im like yes. me. but heres the highlights

i do not feel connected to this song at all like the lyrics do not speak 2 me personally at all BUT YK WHAT i think its absolutely spectacular just from a musical standpoint it is great i love the screamo at the beginning and i love the part at 0:43 with the reverb wow its just ethereal otherwise i dont have much to say about this song its good i like it what else is there oh i also like the parts at 1:33-2:24 that whole minute is really Chefs kiss! 
track 5: THE CHEAP BOUQUET
AUH UAHHH AUH AUH thats the sound of me falling to my knees and gripping at my heart so it doesnt FAIL this song puts me into CARDIAC ARREST HHOLY SHIT this has got to be like top 3 from this album easily dude its like neck and neck ill talk ab that later can i just gush right now THIS SONG. THIS SONG THE PIANO THE VOCALS VIC FUENTES YOU ARE A GOD. YOU ARE A GOD YOU HAVE THE VOICE OF AN ANGEL YOU ARE A DIVINE BEING. TONY PERRY AND JAIME PRECIADO AND VIC FUENTES YOU HAVE SIGNIFICANTLY IMPROVED MY LIFE BY CREATING THIS SINGLE SONG. I WHOLEHEARTEDLY BELIEVE THE MEMBERS OF PIERCE THE VEIL FELL FROM HEAVEN AND HAVE DIVINE INTUITION AND HAVE HAD AWAKENINGS NO OTHER HUMAN BEING HAS EVER EVER BEEN ENLIGHTENED TO. this is seriously a brilliant work of art like im almost speechless ok ok can i get into it oh my god oh my god like i have like maybe like 2 lines in this song that speak 2 me but this song is just melodically magnificent like i think it is a beautiful incredible phenominal extraordinary creation and everyone should listen to this song
my favorite parts of the song are like 1:24 with those fun little guitar riffs or what ever they are guys and the part at 0:44 BRUH RUH I JUST LOVE TIS FUC KING SONG DONT EVEN TRY ME 2:54 i tasTE YOU LIKE A HAMMER THROUGH MY TEETH I LVOEIT I LOVE IT OH MY GOD will SOMEONE TELL ME WHAT IT MEANS TO BE ALIVE

another one that im like I LOVE IT! and i actually do listen to this one but its also very whatever compared 2 this entire album like y would u put this right after the cheap bouquet but the instrumental parts are really fucking good the guitar is amazing as ASSS PER USUAL COURTESY OF TONY PERRY THANK YOU VERY MUCH SIR FOR THIS MOMENT AT 1:15 I CAN GET BEHIND THAT and i do love the lyrics a lot i fw them but its another one where im just like great! next song now
